It is not only the prices of villas and condominiums that differ greatly between different municipalities and regions. A site in, for example, the Stockholm region is on average more than seven times as expensive as a site on Gotland.

A review conducted by the Swedish Property Agency in 2018 shows that, on average in the country, plot land costs SEK 1241 / m2. In Östergötland the average was SEK 990 / m2 and in Gotland SEK 437 / m2. The most expensive land in Stockholm was SEK 3525 / m2.

We found the most expensive and cheapest site

But the differences within the regions are, of course, very large. We examined which ones are currently Östergötland's most expensive and cheapest plots, which are for sale and we found a plot for SEK 34 square meter and one for SEK 2758.
