As the senator explained in an interview with the Parliamentary Newspaper, in accordance with the list of instructions of the President of Russia, the federal budget has already allocated funds for incentive payments from April to June 30, 2020 for special working conditions for health workers, including ambulance drivers.
At the same time, the Federal Law of April 22 exempts stimulating payments from medical personnel only from personal income tax (PIT).
Andrei Kutepov proposed exempting from the personal income tax payment federal salary increases for special working conditions for ambulance drivers by analogy with medical workers.
It is noted that the corresponding bill on May 13 will be submitted to the State Duma.
Earlier, the FAN reported that the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI) proposed extending the vacation regime to personal income tax and VAT, as well as changing the procedure for assessing sectors affected by coronavirus.
