“For the I and II quarters, the largest manufacturer engaged in the production of wheeled vehicles and trailers for them according to a special investment contract concluded with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, as well as its affiliates recognized as the largest manufacturers, pay the utilization fee no later than December 1, 2020 ", - stated in the document.
In November 2019, the head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia Denis Manturov noted that the department does not expect a significant increase in car prices due to the indexation of utilization fee rates since 2020.
