“The Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Well-being has developed recommendations for various fields of activity and organizations for maintaining sanitary safety at different stages of lifting restrictions while maintaining the risks of the spread of new coronavirus infection,” the press service of the department said.

In a special section on the agency’s website, requirements are presented for organizing the work of beauty salons, ateliers, dry cleaners, food and non-food stores, car services, catering and trade enterprises, baths and saunas, educational institutions and other organizations.

The general requirements for all business areas remain mandatory temperature control for employees, providing them with masks, gloves, antiseptics, maintaining a social distance, disinfection of premises and equipment.

Earlier, Rospotrebnadzor developed guidelines for the regions of Russia on a three-stage lifting of restrictive measures in connection with the situation with coronavirus.

The head of the department, Anna Popova, stressed that the beginning of the lifting of restrictions depends on the spread of infection, free bed capacity and the coverage of testing.

During the first stage of withdrawal from the regime of self-isolation, Russians will be allowed to walk with children and play sports on the street, subject to mandatory distance from other children and adults.

At the same time, the lifting of the ban on holding mass events will be the last step in lifting the restrictions.
