This was reported by TASS with reference to a letter signed by the acting head of Rosobrnadzor Anzor Muzayev.
It is noted that the department considers it inappropriate to conduct an exam in July, as the consequences of the current situation with coronavirus may persist.
“Rosobrnadzor proposed to consider the possibility of holding the Unified State Examination in August 2020 in the period from 08/04/2020 to 08/25/2020 or from 11/08/2020 to 08/31/2020," - stated in the text of the document.
Earlier, Deputy Head of the Ministry of Education Dmitry Glushko said that new dates for the exam will be announced in the coming days.
