Norway

May 13, citizens from countries within the European Economic Area (EEA) are allowed to enter Norway if they own a property in the country or need to visit family members. However, 10 days quarantine still applies to all travelers.

Iceland

May 15 is allowed entry for certain professional groups, such as researchers, athletes and filmmakers. However, they are expected to choose between testing for the corona virus upon entry or quarantine for 14 days after arrival.

From June 15, the Government of Iceland expects to be able to ease the travel restrictions for all foreign visitors.

Germany

On May 16, Germany eases border controls against Austria, Switzerland, and France for business travelers and families.

The border with Luxembourg opens completely.

Germany also calls for free travel within the EU from 15 June.

Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania

May 15, citizens of the three neighboring countries are allowed to travel freely within the Baltic States. Travelers who come from outside must continue to be in quarantine for 14 days upon entry into the countries.

Austria, Switzerland, France

On May 16, three countries are easing their border checks at the German border for business travelers and people visiting family members.
