From 13 to 15 local time, several Brazilian Federal Police representatives and government officials will testify about the Brazilian President's alleged interference in judicial investigations.

On the 12th local time, a piece of key evidence believed to be aimed at Brazilian President Bossonaro ’s intervention in justice was partially disclosed. Brazil ’s former Attorney General Moro testified to the court that the Brazilian ministerial meeting held on April 22 contained evidence of President Bosonaro ’s intervention in justice. The video of the meeting has not been released yet, but according to people who have watched the video, Bosonaro said at the meeting that the Rio police chief was replaced to protect his family, and he also expressed his concern to the political ally of the police against him. The investigation conducted was worrying and uneasy. If the allegations are true, it will further increase Bosonaro ’s suspicion of abusing presidential power for personal purposes.

In this regard, Bossonaro said in an interview with reporters that in the ministerial meeting on April 22, he did not mention the words "Federal Police" or "Supervision". Bosonaro emphasized that because he was stabbed during the 2018 presidential election, he was concerned about the safety of his family. He said that the Federal Police did not investigate his family.

On April 24, Bosonaro dismissed the then Federal Police Chief Valesio. In order to express his dissatisfaction with this move, Moro, then the Minister of Justice and leading a series of anti-corruption cases in Brazil, subsequently announced his resignation and accused Bosonaro of interfering with the Ministry of Justice. On April 27, Brazil ’s Supreme Court judge Celso de Mello approved the investigation of the current President Bosonaro on the grounds of alleged political motives interfering with the work of the Federal Police.

In his testimony, Moro pointed out that the reason why Bosonaro wanted to replace the chief of the Federal Police was to facilitate the replacement of the head of the Federal Police in the Rio de Janeiro area, Carlos Oliveira. Because Bosonaro ’s family lives in Rio de Janeiro, and the Federal Police Department is conducting a series of investigations including financial crimes and social media attacks, the investigation may involve Bosonaro ’s family members, and the investigation against the president ’s family is also caused by The Rio Police Department took the lead. After Valesio was removed from office, Bossonaro appointed Rolando Sorza as the new chief of the Federal Police. Rolando removed the position of the head of the Federal Police of Rio de Janeiro in Oliveira as soon as he took office.

According to the authorization of the Brazilian Supreme Court, the Federal Police has 60 days to investigate the case from the end of April and then decide whether to file criminal charges. If Congress agrees to file a lawsuit against Bossonaro, he will be suspended temporarily, and the work of the President will be represented by the Vice President, with the suspension not exceeding 180 days.
