Every day at 16 this week, the municipality of Västervik will broadcast live on its facebook page. Topics that will be discussed are elderly care, school and jobs.

On Monday's premiere, which had more than 150 viewers, was the theme "How you can get through the crisis".

- We talk about how to deal with concerns and how to support. The idea is that you can ask questions to those concerned, says Johan Jensen.

Entertainment and corona

Mixed with information and questions, local musicians also appear in the box, and provide entertainment. The cost to taxpayers is a total of SEK 30,000, for five programs.

- We do this to keep the energy alive. The restrictions affect citizens greatly, but we have to stick together and encourage everyone to help.

It sounds heavy and easy at once. Is it difficult to find the right tone?

- Yes, but I think we have come so far in the crisis that we need to weigh the heavy in a way that makes people cope all the way. We need to be both serious and uplifting.
