The department indicated that “the agreements were concluded before the pandemic, but the contractors referred to force majeure circumstances and refused to fulfill them or postponed the delivery time.”
According to the agency, MGT and MM are already engaged in termination of contracts with these legal entities.

Those masks that are sold in the subway are provided by the city, their cost is standardized. In addition, we constantly monitor prices for masks and gloves sold in the city, ”added Deptrans.

Their cost is 30 rubles per mask, 20 rubles for gloves, 50 rubles - a set of masks and gloves.
Since May 12, wearing a mask and gloves has become mandatory in Moscow.
