May 12, 2020 The maximum penalty for those who do not respect the limitations imposed by the lockdown passes from 3 thousand to one thousand euros. This is what is foreseen in an amendment signed by Simone Baldelli of Forza Italia, which obtained the favorable opinion of the rapporteur and the government and which was approved unanimously: 430 in favor. Baldelli defined the provisions of the amendment as "a common sense rule". The minimum cap remains 400 euros.
