Otherwise, the housing market in Värmland has not been particularly affected by the corona crisis yet. In Värmland, tenant-owner prices have fallen by 5.8 percent over the past three months, while house prices have shown an increase of 5.5 percent, according to Swedish Real Estate Statistics.
