The Municipal Police of Madrid has evicted this weekend 400 private parties in homes after being notified by neighbors as a result of the noise and annoying they caused. A large part of these groups have been fined, as has also happened with 97 meetings of people who made big bottles in Madrid's parks.
Home parties have been recorded at dawn from Friday to Saturday and at dawn from Saturday to Sunday. In some of the concentrations there were up to 20 people , according to one of the agents.
Likewise, the Municipal Police of Madrid fined 3,847 people on Saturday and Sunday for not respecting the state of alarm, representing more than 20% of sanctions compared to the previous weekend of the Puente de Mayo where 3,133 infractions were imposed. The districts of Puente de Vallecas, Centro and Usera were the districts with the most fines.
The Penal Code establishes fines of between 600 and 30,000 euros for disobedience or resistance to the agents of the authority, as well as the refusal to identify themselves or the contribution of false and inaccurate data in the identification processes.
