It was in April last year that the teacher was summoned after the student disturbed and brought noise in the corridors of a high school in Västerås. When the teacher asked the student to calm down, the student began to scream at the teacher. Then the student hit the teacher in the neck from behind.
The student is now sentenced for his denial of Västmanland's district court to supervisory supervision. According to the pupil, he should not have beaten the teacher at all, but it was the teacher who put him on.
The teacher had pain in the neck which went over in the day after in stiffness, but according to the teacher, the incident was particularly mentally stressful because it happened in the workplace.
