The incident took place late this Saturday evening, southwest of Toronto, on a portion of the Queen Elizabeth Highway, where speed is limited to 100 km / h. "It could have turned into a terrible accident (...) the Queen Elizabeth Highway is not a racing circuit," said the sergeant, indignant that the motorists who had seen the car pass the horn honking to express their satisfaction when they saw the police intercept him.
