A new report alleges that Chinese President Xi Jinping asked "personally" the Director-General of the World Health Organization, Dr. Tedros Adhanum, to "postpone a global warning" about the threat of "Covid 19" during a conversation in January.

The German newspaper "Der Spiegel" published these allegations this weekend, citing intelligence information from the country's Federal Intelligence Service, known as "BND."

According to this security apparatus, on January 21, the Chinese leader asked the president of the World Health Organization to withhold information about human-to-human transmission and delay the pandemic.

BND estimates that Chinese information policy has wasted four to six weeks on the world, to begin fighting the virus around the planet.

The World Health Organization issued a statement shortly after the shock allegations were published, calling it "baseless" and that Dr. Tedros had never spoken to the Chinese president on January 21, by phone, never.

The statement said that such inaccurate reports distract attention and detract from the efforts of the world and the world to end the epidemic "Covid 19".

“China confirmed the transmission of the new coronavirus on January 20, before the alleged phone conversation.” Follow-up, “The World Health Organization has publicly announced on January 22 that the data collected indicates that transmission from one person to another occurs in Wuhan.”
