Chinese President Xi Jinping called the World Health Organization, the World Health Organization's secretary-general, to call for a pandemic, a global pandemic, before Corona 19 spread worldwide, the German weekly magazine Spiegel reported.
Spiegel quoted the German foreign intelligence agency Federal Intelligence Agency (BND) as saying that Mr. Poe made a call to WHO Secretary-General of the World on January 21st.
