European countries live on Sunday, the last day of isolation, but amid fears of a second wave of the virus, which has so far infected four million and caused the death of more than 277 thousand, since its emergence in late December in central China.

And some countries reimpose strict preventive measures when an unexpected rise in the number of injuries occurred, as happened in South Korea on Saturday evening, where the authorities decided to close all nightclubs until further notice, after a young man transmitted infection to dozens of people after visiting during the weekend nightclubs in The capital of Seoul.

South Korea announced 34 new cases of the Corona virus today, Sunday, the highest number of daily infections in a month.

South Korean President Moon Jae-in warned of a second wave of the epidemic later in the year, saying that a recent outbreak confirmed fear that the virus could spread again at any time.

Lifting restrictions will be gradual and uneven depending on the regions in Europe. In France, more restrictions will be lifted in "green" areas. As for the "red" areas, that is, the most dangerous ones, the lifting of restrictions will be more limited.

In Spain, about 51% of the population is preparing to start tomorrow, Monday, in "Phase 1" of a four-stage mitigation plan after the government decided that the areas in which they reside have achieved the necessary standards, and the new stage of lifting the isolation will not include the two main cities, Madrid and Barcelona.

Some restrictions will be eased in Belgium, Greece, the Czech Republic, Croatia, Ukraine, Albania, Denmark and the Netherlands, after Turkey, which starts to lift the restrictions today, Sunday.

In the UK, Prime Minister Boris Johnson is scheduled to speak on Sunday, but he is only expected to announce a slight relaxation of restrictions, such as opening gardening and gardening stores, a hobby that is popular in the United Kingdom.

Earlier, the British government announced the possibility of imposing a 14-day mandatory quarantine on travelers arriving in the country, which raised concern for the aviation sector, which was severely affected by the epidemic.

In Germany, the isolation began to rise before other European countries, and German Chancellor Angela Merkel and the governors of the regions put in place a mechanism to re-impose isolation at the regional level if the number of injuries returns again.

In Canada, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau called for caution in loosening restrictions to avoid going back. He expressed concern about the situation in Montreal, which is a key focus of the epidemic in Canada.

In South America, Brazil has crossed the 10,000 threshold of 155,000 and 939 injuries, according to the Ministry of Health. The Health Commission estimates that the number of real injuries and deaths is 15 to 20 times higher.

On the other hand, Anthony Fuchi, the chief infectious disease expert in the United States, told CNN on Saturday that he would enter a "modified quarantine" after mixing with a White House worker who was confirmed to be infected with the Corona virus.

Mexico hospitals

In Mexico, there have been reports that public and private hospitals are overflowing in the capital, Mexico City, and are reluctant to receive Corona virus patients.

The data of the city government indicates that 26 hospitals out of 64 general hospitals dedicated to receive patients with the Corona virus in the capital are completely full, and also indicate that 16 public clinics are almost completely full.

Five private hospitals in the capital, contacted by Reuters, said they had reached their full potential to treat Corona patients, and statistics from the National Association of Private Hospitals indicated that beds and intensive care units equipped with artificial respirators to treat Corona patients in private hospitals in five states and the capital had already reached saturation.
