Prior to the corona crisis, Erik was involved in several activities in the elderly. Everything from bridge to gym and dance. But now is the daily walk around the house, the only thing he has left. The rest of the time he spends alone in his one-room apartment.

- It feels sad, but then you just need a small, small friendly word and then everything is turned around and you look at light blue, says Erik.

"Fun playing with grandchildren"

The 92-year-old has been unable to spend time with his family for three months due to the ban on visits. Above all, he lacks the grandchildren.

- It is the great joy of life. It's so much fun to sit and watch how they play and like to play with them a little too. But now it is as it is, and you have to find it. You get joy when this is over, so you get to meet your grandchildren again.
