At 10:00 on May 8th, the donation materials distribution event was held. The team of São Paulo City Councilman Aurélio Nomura organized 1,000 representatives of poor Brazilians to receive the basic food basket donated by the Chinese.
Councillor Aurélio Nomura expressed his sincere gratitude to the Brazilian Chinese Association and President Zhang Wei, and commended the Chinese Association for its good deeds in support of São Paulo's anti-epidemic.
