09 May 2020After the recent tug of war between the State and the Calabria Region, a new ordinance arrives from the Governor of Calabria Jole Santelli, in force from tomorrow, which eases the restrictions on the lifestyles of Calabrian citizens and concerns second homes, sports activities outdoors, shopping, mushroom picking, visits to cemeteries, assistance to non-autonomous people and dog grooming.

The ordinance, says a note, "is in line with what has already been established in other regions and contextual to the sending by the Ministry of Health and ISS of the Regional Report with the first evaluations of the indicators referred to in the Ministerial Decree of 30 April 2020 concerning the criteria for monitoring health risk together with the relative risk classification ". From the Report it is clear that, as of May 6, Calabria "is considered to be at low risk and with a reduction in the trend of cases by Covid-19. Therefore a territory which, at present, is configured as characterized by a weak probability of spreading the virus and a consequent transition from lock-down phase 1 to the so-called phase 2 A ".
