Police went to a garage on Drottninggatan on Saturday evening after an alarm about a suspected assault.
Four people had broken into the garage when they encountered the guard with a dog. One or more of them should then act threateningly with a knife. No one should have been physically injured.
The police are looking for the perpetrators who, according to testimony, jumped from there in the direction of Åhlens.
