09 May 2020The Council of Ministers, according to what is learned from sources in Palazzo Chigi, approved the decree on release.

According to a draft of the decree, of 7 articles in total, there will be a first assessment by the surveillance court fifteen days after the release order related to Coronavirus. 

After the first evaluation, the supervisory court, after hearing the opinion of the District Anti-Mafia Prosecutor and the National Anti-Mafia and Counter-Terrorism Prosecutor, will check on a monthly basis if the conditions for release remain.
