Paris-La Défense without taking the RER A or line 1, it will be possible, this Monday, by bike on a secure route. With a view to deconfinement and to avoid Parisians and Ile-de-France residents going to La Défense from taking public transport, the city of Neuilly has accelerated the opening of two kilometers of cycle paths planned as part of the Allées de Neuilly. And the connections between Paris, Neuilly and La Défense will also be ensured.

These two kilometers of tracks join those set up by the town hall of Paris on the Champs-Elysées or the rue de Rivoli and which make it possible to make the Tuileries-La Défense "in complete safety", welcomes the mayor of Neuilly-sur -Seine Jean-Christophe Fromentin.

For the city councilor, "this crisis is an opportunity to accelerate the inevitable transformations of the city and to test innovations on one of the most symbolic and powerful urban axes of the world". Hence the opening of this section which foreshadows the renovation of the Allées de Neuilly but also the fitting-out of the Porte Maillot, the Place de l'Etoile or the Place de la Concorde, particularly for bicycles or pedestrians.
