It is expected that the goal of building 20,000 blocks of social football grounds during the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period can be completed ahead of schedule this year.

　　According to the National Development and Reform Commission, in order to speed up the construction of social football venues and ensure the completion of the construction goals of the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” period, the National Development and Reform Commission and relevant departments started with a series of “combination punches” from both ends of the policy funds to promote social football venue facilities Construction has made positive progress.

Determine the number of social football venues that should be built by 2020 based on factors such as the permanent population, and guide the preparation of construction plans for each location, detailing the specific location and construction time of each site.

　　The third is to clarify responsibilities and form a joint force. Make sure that the deputy secretary-generals of the provincial governments are the first coordinator. Monthly report on the progress of tasks in various places, and report to the party committee and government chief comrades of the slow-moving provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities).

　　The fourth is to innovate mechanisms and solve difficult problems. Identify 41 key promotion cities, and work together to resolve bottlenecks such as land and planning through the "central funding, local policies, and enterprise services" to stimulate social forces to participate.

In 2020, the National Development and Reform Commission has issued an investment of 3.15 billion yuan in the central budget, focusing on supporting the construction of social football venues. The total amount of funds and the number of projects have increased by 287% and 322% respectively from last year.
