- We have managed to disturb the criminals in the region. Among other things, we have prevented 52 weapons from being used by seizing them. In addition to efforts in our own region, we have also sent reinforcements to Malmö and Uppsala, where Rimfrost has had the most intensive operations, says Fredrik Lindfors, Deputy Head of Command at Rimfrost in the East region, in a statement on the police website.

Crimes handled within the framework of the operation include murder, attempted murder, robbery, assault, extortion, drug crime, weapons crime and fraud.

Operation Rimfrost targets serious organized crime and began on November 10 last year.
