China News Service, May 8 (Xinhua) According to the Beijing Commission for Discipline Inspection, the deputy inspector general of the Beijing People's Procuratorate Jiao Huiqiang is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law, and is currently undergoing disciplinary review and supervision investigation.

  Jiao Huiqiang, male, Han nationality, was born in June 1973, from Hongdong, Shanxi. He joined the Communist Party of China in June 1995 and started working in August 1995 with a graduate degree.

  From August 1995 to July 2004, he successively served as a cadre, secretary, deputy section-level assistant prosecutor, deputy director, and assistant prosecutor in the Civil Administration Procuratorate of the Beijing People's Procuratorate;

  From July 2004 to March 2012, he successively served as Director, Prosecutor, and Member of the Procuratorate of Civil Administration Procuratorate of the First Branch of Beijing People's Procuratorate, Director of Investigation Supervision Department, Assistant Procurator, and Member of Procuratorate; (From September 2009 to July 2010, graduated from the on-the-job postgraduate of Constitutional Law and Administrative Law, Capital Normal University, and obtained a master's degree in law; from November 2009 to May 2010, he was appointed as the assistant to the director of the Beijing Municipal Government Office.

  From March 2012 to October 2014, he served as a member of the party group and deputy inspector general of the First Branch of Beijing Municipal People's Procuratorate;

  From October 2014 to May 2016, served as Vice President, Acting President, and President of Tongzhou District People's Court of Beijing;

  From May 2016 to March 2019, he served as Vice President, Acting President and President of the Haidian District People's Court of Beijing;

  From March 2019 to present, he has served as deputy inspector general of Beijing Municipal People's Procuratorate.
