“Only discipline and the fulfillment of all requirements can contribute to this,” he added.

Natalya Penkovskaya, head of the Rospotrebnadzor for Crimea and Sevastopol, in turn, noted that the opening of most Crimean enterprises depends on compliance with the regime in the territories of business entities.
