The Supreme People's Court and 32 high courts across the country have gone live and applied the China Mobile Micro Court to achieve full coverage of cross-domain case filings across the country's courts. In March this year, China Mobile's micro courts added about 390,000 users, an increase of 86.78% from the previous month, and the number of visitors was approximately 2.08 million, an increase of 53.68% from the previous month.
Judging from the use of online filing, in March this year, the National Mobile Micro Court accepted 437,700 online filing applications, an increase of 287% over the previous month. All 32 high court mobile micro-courts across the country have achieved online filing, and have completed online party identity authentication through face recognition, ID comparison, and real-name mobile phone number association to ensure the authenticity of the parties involved in litigation.
The data shows that during the epidemic, the number of cross-domain filings by China's courts using China Mobile's micro courts continued to increase, and the efficiency of case handling has improved significantly. As of March 31 this year, the courts across the country initiated a total of more than 34,000 cases. Among them, about 80% of the cross-domain filing services can be completed within 30 minutes, and 72.63% of the cross-domain filing work takes less than 15 minutes, effectively reducing the litigation of the parties.
In addition, the use of other online litigation services in China Mobile's micro courts has also increased significantly. Since the platform was launched, courts across the country have used mobile micro-courts to send 4,533,800 documents, saving more than 100 million yuan in delivery funds. In March this year, courts across the country used mobile micro-courts to complete 266,800 documents, an increase of 150.52% from the previous month. In March this year, national courts used mobile micro-courts to hold 7,460 remote court hearings, completed 17,895 evidence exchanges, and pushed 12.0791 million pieces of execution node information, an increase of more than 100% from last month.
