06 May 2020At a time when borders are "closed" and the emergency dictates precise rules, two realities active in the entertainment world come together to bring new experiences of confrontation for a restart that has no more barriers, in compliance with the " new normal ”.

An agreement was thus signed between ITTV The Italian Tv Festival-Los Angeles and D-HUB Studios-Rome to travel new roads and new agreements between Italy and the United States.

ITTV Festival conceived by Good Girls Planet, together with the technical partner D-HUB Studios, will bring the workers of Italian cinema to Los Angeles with the creation of a focus at the center of which there will be those professionals who flow in the credits, who work behind the scenes and without which any audiovisual production could not be completed. The Hollywood counterparts will also be invited to the focus for a comparison between the two countries. During the next edition of the Festival in Los Angeles the special "ITTV -Sassi d'Oro" prize will also be awarded.

The agreement also provides for the care and creation of video content that will animate the web to ferry the next edition of ITTV The Italian Tv Festival which, like most events, in this health emergency, has been postponed from next September to date to be defined.

ITTV is the first Italian television festival organized in Los Angeles with a specific mission that thanks to its format - television previews, screening tests, panels, networking, appointments with young people and students in the sector, red carpets, exclusive prizes and parties - achieves various objectives by offering, first of all, the opportunity to promote the "Italy System" abroad.

Good Girls Planet, founded by Valentina Martelli, CEO, Cristina Scognamillo and Francesca Scorcucchi, works to promote and reward Italian audiovisual creativity internationally. Born in Los Angeles precisely to allow the continuous relationship with the US Industry, GGP also favors the birth of new collaborations and projects thanks to the annual appointment with ITTV Festival.

“Cinema and television exist also and above all thanks to the work of those who appear in the closing credits. You cannot therefore reward and promote the Italian audiovisual without remembering them. The partnership with D-Hub is fundamental to proceed in this direction "says Valentina Martelli.

D-HUB Studios was born in 2013 from the desire of Lidia Cudemo, CEO & Partner, to create a HUB of the highest quality and technology in the post-production and dubbing business, to meet the needs of the ever-changing market and television industry . I sassi d'Oro Impresa, dubbing, Cinema / TV is a project by D-hub Studios that wants to turn the spotlight on the workers of the production and post-production chain.

"We are proud of this collaboration with ITTV, it is ambitious and innovative, it will bring the audiovisual industry closer to Rome and Los Angeles, we will give our full contribution and technical support" declares Lidia Cudemo also as adviser of the audiovisual section of the Union of Industrialists of Lazio.
