  As of May 4, 2020, the national medical waste disposal capacity was 6114.8 tons / day, an increase of 1212.0 tons / day compared to 4902.8 tons / day before the outbreak. Among them, the capacity of Hubei Province increased from 180.0 tons / day before the outbreak to 658.4 tons / day, the capacity of Wuhan City increased from 50.0 tons / day before the epidemic to 280.1 tons / day, and the capacity of Mudanjiang City of Heilongjiang Province increased from 8.0 tons / day before the epidemic. The early-warning monitoring data of 1864 national water quality automatic stations showed that compared with the same period of last year, the proportion of water quality in categories Ⅰ to Ⅲ increased by 8.4 percentage points, the proportion of water quality in categories Ⅳ and Ⅴ decreased by 5.1 percentage points, and the proportion of inferior water quality decreased by 3.3 percentage points.
