Planned new neighborhoods according to the proposal:

  • Tuna slopes, north of Bärbyleden, will become Bärby's pasture.
  • The mill is to be divided into three parts and form Höganäs, the Chapel Garden and the mill.
  • Nyby-Nybygård will be given the name Nyby while the border with Old Uppsala is set.
  • Part of Luthagen, from Luthagsesplanaden to Skolgatan, will be part of Främre Luthagen Fjärdingen, while the castle and hospital will be cut off and become a separate district.
  • Slavsta will be cut off from Årsta and become its own neighborhood.
  • Part of Kungsängen, south of Kungsängsleden, and part of Danmarksbygden, west of national road 255, will become Uppsala kingsäng.
  • Rosendal is to be counted as a new district.
  • Brookless should be cut off from Valsätra.
  • Old-South Gottsunda will be cut off from Gottsunda.
  • Uppsävja-Bergsbrunna is to be erupted from Sävja.
  • Flogsta and Ekeby are to be divided into two districts, with a border along the Flogstavägen.

Planned boundary changes:

  • Old Uppsala will be bigger.
  • Librobäck and Husbyborg will be merged.
  • Luthagen will be expanded to the north, with the Gimo and Klockaren blocks.
  • The center will be expanded with the front Svartbäcken from Råbyvägen in the north. In the east, the center will be expanded with parts of Fålhagen and Kvarngärdet, which are of inner-city character - including Vaksala square, Kvarnengallerian and Stationsgatan. In the south, the center will be extended down to Strandbogatan.
  • Rickomberga will be expanded to the north and include Stabby's estate. Parts of southeast Rickomberga will be transferred to Luthagen.
  • Berthåga and Hällby will be merged into Berthåga-Hällby. Hällby east of highway 55 will pass in Rickomberga.
  • The Polesback should include the Students' sports ground.
  • Nåntuna-Vilan will be given a collection name and include Kuggebo.
