“At the meeting of the Presidium of the Coordination Council, the measures proposed by Rospotrebnadzor to phase out the regime of restrictions introduced in Russia due to the coronavirus were discussed,” the government press service said.

On April 30, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin announced that he had become ill with COVID-19. According to his spokesman, the prime minister is feeling fine overall. 

First Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Belousov was appointed Acting Prime Minister.
