According to the indictment, it was the woman who cheated out the murder victim, a man in his 30s with whom she had previously had a relationship, outside the gate to her residence at Skönsmon late on the evening of November 6 last year.

The reason was, according to the preliminary investigation, that the man could not leave his ex in peace but continued to call and text her.

The tone between them became increasingly fierce and the woman's younger relative, a 22-year-old who is also prosecuted in the case, sometimes took the calls when the woman herself did not want or dare.

was attacked

A hatred of the woman's former boyfriend was whipped up according to chamber prosecutor Jens Göransson's scenario. On the evening of November 6, the man would get himself a homework. The woman, her 22-year-old relative and three other men gathered at Höglundaskolan to jointly go to the ex's residence and make him understand the seriousness.

It ended with the man being attacked with blows and several chopped with a sharp-edged object, probably a knife. That after the woman texted him to get out of the apartment where several of the other defendants assaulted him.

Died of the injuries

The man managed to get back into the apartment but later died from his injuries.

It is clear in the case that all five suspects have been at the scene of the crime. The Prosecutor also believes that all five are linked to the murder, even though it was not possible in the police investigation or during the trial to determine who or who performed the crime.

All five were still charged with murder for their denial, even though the district court changed the criminal record to assist with murder during the arrest trial against the woman.

Remained in custody

The fact that all five defendants remained in custody for the time being indicate further convictions in the case, although criminal offenses other than murder may be considered.

On Tuesday, a partial verdict will be announced in the case when the four suspected men receive their verdicts. When the trial ended in mid-April, it was decided that the woman should undergo a major forensic psychiatric examination, primarily as a basis for assessing the penalty if she is convicted of the murder.

The examination of the woman should be completed by mid-May. Then the verdict is announced against her.
