In his judgment, Sundsvall District Court finds that the man was guilty of five cases of sexual assault against the young girl. During the spring he sent several text messages to the girl with serious sexual requests. He has also wronged the girl by touching her breasts, among other things.
The man has always denied crime and believed that the sms found were intended to be sent to another person. The district court considered this statement unlikely.
The court now convicts the 46-year-old for five cases of sexual assault and sentencing him to four months in prison. He will also pay SEK 20,000 in damages to the young girl.
