EXCLUSIVE

The date fixed for the beginning of the deconfinement approaches and the French foresee the end of the tunnel. According to a poll published Monday by BVA for Europe 1 and Orange *, only 39% of those questioned now think that "the worst is ahead of us", the lowest level recorded since the start of the survey. However, the French are more in the wait than in the real relief.

Above all, a form of weariness seems to be felt, due to the forced isolation which lasted for two long months. To the question: "What mark, between 0 and 10, would you give to reflect the level of your morale today?", The mark obtained is 6.2 against 6.4 a few days ago.

Distrust of the information disseminated

Faith in the information received on the crisis is still limited: 65% of those questioned do not trust the quality of the information transmitted by the public authorities. BVA sees in it "an echo to the sometimes contradictory or uncertain announcements surrounding the modalities of deconfinement", on the identification of patients or even the fortnight of people arriving from abroad. Only 33% of French people trust the media on these themes.
