A fast and delicious breakfast for an individual or two does not require much time and effort as some promote, there are dozens of dishes that any woman can prepare in less than 15 minutes.

So, we review some recipes that you can present at your table, and it takes only a few minutes to find them to find the time to take care of yourself or more family sessions.

1- Ice
block sushi It is always difficult to prepare a Japanese sushi meal, due to the necessity of having special requirements for it, but the fact is that this famous Japanese meal can be prepared in less than 5 minutes using ice blocks.

All you will need is a square snow block, a pouch for packing food, sushi ingredients from boiled rice, avocado, cucumber, crab meat and smoked salmon.

Cover the ice block on all sides with the plastic bag, then add smoked salmon, avocado or any additional favorite fillings, then cover the rice with a spoonful of vinegar and some sugar and sesame (to taste).

Leave the mold a little in the fridge, then the sushi cubes are removed, and even children can easily implement this method.

2- Vegetable burrito

Enough vegetable burrito stuffed with red beans, sweet corn and onions can be prepared in just 12 minutes.

Canned corn and beans are washed with cold water and then placed in a bowl and added to them small onions, two tablespoons of tomato sauce, cumin, crushed hot pepper and salt, and a little water.

Leave the mixture for 8 minutes until it mixes, then lift it and spread it on the tortilla bread slices and cover with grated cheese before wrapping the bread slices.

Slices of bread can be heated after filling, and this meal does not take more than 12 minutes.

3- Fish with Cajun Seasoning
This recipe is divided between 5 minutes to prepare it and 10 minutes for cooking and leveling.

All we need is seasoning slices of fish (fillet) with two tablespoons of pomegranate molasses, half a spoon of crushed garlic (powder) and one tablespoon of cajun spices, salt and pepper.

All ingredients are placed in the oven or in a frying pan with a medium heat spoon, and left for 10 minutes until done.

4- Steak the Asian way,
mix in a bowl 3 tablespoons of soy sauce with 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, then set it aside.

Then in a bowl with a warm spoon of oil, put a teaspoon of chopped garlic and a spoon of fresh ginger and mix them together for 30 seconds, add small and thin slices of meat to the mixture and leave it for two minutes until it turns brown.

Add the mixture to soy with sugar and starch, and leave the ingredients until tender. This recipe takes 10 minutes to prepare.

Add boiled vegetables to this meal and serve them alongside rice or noodles.

5- Donuts cakes
in a cup of coffee, put one tablespoon of white flour, two tablespoons of sugar, one teaspoon of powdering, one tablespoon of room temperature butter and two tablespoons of milk.

Mix together until it turns into a medium and homogeneous mixture.

We make an empty circle in the center of the mixture using a small thin cup, then insert the ingredients into the microwave oven at a temperature of 200 for 90 seconds.

In another bowl, mix two tablespoons of condensed local milk with one drop of food color, and after mixing, we cover the two cupcakes, which will look like a donuts.

6- Jam and chocolate dessert
We put a rectangular piece of ready-made dough (puff pastry) on top of an ice block and make sure to enter the dough in the mold cubes.

Fill each cube with jam or chocolate and cut the fruit (as desired), then cover the mold with another piece of dough and stretch it over the mold using the rolling pin.

Take the dough out of the ice block and cut it so that each cube becomes separate from the other and cover it with scrambled eggs and vanilla and put it in the oven at 200 degrees until it becomes tender. After removing it from the oven, we sprinkle crushed sugar over the jam candy cubes.
