Today, US President Donald Trump expressed confidence that the new Corona Virus vaccine will be available by the end of 2020.

"We are very confident that we will get a vaccine at the end of the year, by the end of the year," Trump told Fox News, adding, "We will have a vaccine sooner rather than later."

"The doctors will say: You shouldn't say this. I say what I think," he said. "We are pushing hard ... I think many (pharmaceutical) groups are very close."

Asked what his reaction would be if another country discovered a vaccine before the United States, Trump replied, "I don't care. I just want to get a successful vaccine. If it is another country" that will find the vaccine, "I will raise my hat."

The US President expressed his desire to allow the resumption of the country's activities in a cautious manner, but "as quickly as possible," while expressing optimism about the economic prospects and expecting the year 2021 to be "amazing."
