Dibba Municipality issued a decision to open licensed hairdressing salons and beauty centers in the city of Dibba and its regions from today until further notice.

And the preparation and sterilization of all salons and tools, in addition to holding intensive educational awareness sessions for workers on health behaviors to be followed to prevent the new Corona pandemic virus "Covid 19".

And the precautionary measures imposed by the municipality on these facilities included the need for continuous sterilization, wearing masks and gloves, disinfection of equipment and tools before proceeding to provide service and receiving customers through prior reservation, and it is strictly prohibited to wait for customers inside the salon, cancel the parking space and adhere to the procedures for physical distance.

Barber salons are allowed to provide hair and beard cutting services only and to stop all other services. As for women's salons, they are allowed to provide hairdressing and manicure service during salon opening hours from 9 am to 9 pm.

His Excellency Eng. Salem Salem Al Yamahi, Director General of Dibba Municipality recommended intensifying the efforts of inspection teams in the municipality and implementing periodic and sudden inspection campaigns and campaigns to ensure that the salons comply with the instructions and decisions issued by the municipality, and adhere to the health requirements to prevent the virus.

Al-Yamahi stressed that the municipality will not tolerate violating any facility that does not abide by the procedures.
