The total number of people who contracted the virus is 210,717, an increase compared to yesterday of 1,389 new cases. The total number of currently positive is 100,179, with a decrease of 525 patients compared to yesterday.

Among the currently positive 1,501 are undergoing intensive care, with a decrease of 38 patients compared to yesterday.

17,242 people are hospitalized with symptoms, a decrease of 115 patients compared to yesterday.

81,436 people, equal to 81% of the currently positive, are in isolation without symptoms or with mild symptoms.

Compared to yesterday, 174 died and bring the total to 28,884. The overall number of those discharged and recovered rises to 81,654, with an increase of 1,740 people compared to the previous 24 hours.

The data represent the outcome of the health monitoring relating to the spread of Coronavirus in Italy, yesterday, which was spread as usual by the Civil Protection. 

In detail, there are currently 36,926 positive cases in Lombardy, 15,638 in Piedmont, 9,045 in Emilia-Romagna, 7,299 in Veneto, 5,328 in Tuscany, 3,551 in Liguria, 4,385 in Lazio, 3,198 in the Marche, 2,726 in Campania, 1,247 in the Autonomous Province Trento, 2,955 in Puglia, 2,203 in Sicily, 1,087 in Friuli Venezia Giulia, 1,868 in Abruzzo, 665 in the Autonomous Province of Bolzano, 183 in Umbria, 689 in Sardinia, 109 in Valle d'Aosta, 702 in Calabria, 194 in Basilicata and 181 in Molise.
