- Every time I got there, Sven-Åke had kissed her down, says Cecilia Persson to SVT News Helsingborg.

Their friendship goes far back in time and Cecilia Persson visited her friend about every other week. Throughout 2019, she fought for Sven-Åke to have a better everyday life at the accommodation.

She testifies about a day in which Sven-Åke was often dirty, had food left over on his clothes - and that he did not get help to brush his teeth.

- It was awful to see this, says Cecilia Persson.

When Cecilia Persson and her partner visited Sven-Åke Christmas Eve in 2019, he sat down at the dinner table.

- Sven-Åke was a heap of urine from the shoulder blades down into the shoes, says Cecilia Persson.

What did you do when you became aware of this?

SVT News Helsingborg was able to tell yesterday about how six employees at the senior housing unit worked against the unit manager. All were closed on March 27.

Cecilia's friend Sven-Åke died on March 29 this year.

What did he express about his last time?

- That it was tragic, he cried openly to me and my partner, says Cecilia Persson.

What thoughts do you carry with you after his passing away?

- That a person should not have it so in Sweden 2019, it is a disaster, she says.
