"It is thanks to the work that the Nation holds", launched Emmanuel Macron Friday, on the occasion of May 1. But within the executive, some worry about a too sweet message: "We do not make the French aware of the violence of the (economic) crisis that is coming after May 11", advances for example an advisor.

May 11 will not be a return to normal: this is the message that the executive, Emmanuel Macron in mind, is trying to make French people understand. "May 11 will be an important step ... Times are difficult but I said: we will find the happy days", the head of state said on Friday in a video released on May 1. Before adding: "It is thanks to the work that the Nation holds" in the face of the coronavirus.
