"It is a different situation in the whole world so it is not surprising that we change, and it is important - we do not set," says Roza Güclü, Social Democratic MP on the Dalabanken.

Hang out something red

A normal year she would have woken up tired today, having prepared her first May evening the night before, nervous, tense but also expectant before meeting party mates and like-minded. But Friday, May 1, 2020 will be something completely different. Instead of waving red flags in demonstration trains, sympathizers are instead urged to hang something red from their window. The day is then spent on the couch with speeches by Dalarna's district chairman Lars Isacsson, the prime minister and music, among others with Gustaf Norén from Borlänge in the toad and on TV.

There are benefits

There may be benefits to sending digital, perhaps other groups that do not join a traditional first May train reach, Güclü reason. But she is already looking forward to next year:

- I hope that we will then get a really, really big demonstration train, not only here in Dalarna but all over the world.

In the clip, Roza Güclü tells us more about the feeling for May 1 and that this year will not be able to celebrate as intended.
