Lyon, deprived of European qualification by the early cessation of the Ligue 1 season, plans to launch "multiple procedures" to challenge this "loss of chance" and claim if necessary damages, said Thursday its president Jean -Michel Aulas.
"It is always difficult to give details about the procedures that will be multiple," said the Lyon leader during a conference call with AFP and the regional newspaper Le Progrès. "It is a very important loss of chance (...) We will claim damages, which amount to several tens of millions of euros", he added, declaring for the time being considering to seize the administrative court "for a suspension of decision by summary procedure".
