Paris SG, crowned champion after the early cessation of L1 by the Professional Football League (LFP), dedicates its title "to all healthcare staff and other everyday heroes" on the front line against the coronavirus, said on Thursday its President Nasser Al-Khelaïfi.

"We wish to dedicate this title of champion to all the medical staff and other everyday heroes whose commitment and selflessness for many weeks have our admiration," said the Qatari leader.

The LFP announced Thursday the end of the season and the award of the trophy to PSG, leader at the time of the interruption. It is the 9th coronation in its history, and the third consecutive.

"We understand, respect and support the decisions taken by the French government to stop the Championship. Health, as the government has always said, must be our priority for all," said "NAK".
