Social dialogue, essential lever for finding the right solutions

The three union organizations agree on a gradual resumption of French economic and social life, in optimal security conditions for employees. They point out that social dialogue is an essential lever for finding the right solutions in companies, but also at national level. They also set the health conditions for a return to work, in particular compliance with barrier gestures and the supply of masks, and point to the need to organize home-work journeys as well as possible.
