His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, paid tribute and appreciation to all who work for the safety of the nation and the health of citizens and residents.

In his intervention yesterday, His Highness said during the first lectures of his Ramadan Council: “We are all proud of them, and do not differentiate between them in their giving and in their love for this country.”

The lecture - hosted by the Council of Mohamed bin Zayed, and broadcast on the Emirates and Mohamed bin Zayed channels on YouTube - addressed the values of goodness, giving, cooperation, compassion, brotherhood and optimism, which do not change over time, and helps societies to face challenges and circumstances, along with lessons of obedience and worship in an atmosphere A family we learn from the holy month of Ramadan this year, and it comes to us in exceptional circumstances that we are not used to.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan participated in a remotely presented remotely, in a lecture given by - remotely - the Executive Director of Islamic Affairs in the General Authority for Islamic Affairs and Endowments, Dr. Omar Habtoor Al-Darei, under the title: “With our values we are moving towards the future.”

Al-Darei said, at the beginning of the lecture, that “the month of Ramadan comes back to us this year, and we are in circumstances that we are not used to .. to teach us from his school that is full of values .. He studied obedience and worship in a family atmosphere full of tranquility .. so reviving Ramadan from our homes is a revival of ourselves .. We believe that Our stay in our homes this year is where wages stay, and the reward continues, so that every house becomes immunity, safety, mihrab, Tarawih, Quran sessions, praise, councils of knowledge, remembrance and kindergarten from Paradise in the world ».

He added, “We have immortal values, which we draw from the legacy of our father, Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God rest his soul. We carry the banner of his values in these circumstances, to gain insight into his rich legacy .. We have learned that in every situation we fulfill our duty, and that every citizen and resident on the soil This homeland is a factor from its position in the first line of defense, so the doctor plays his role, and the world contributes to his knowledge, the artist with his art, the volunteer with his volunteer, the employee with his job, the woman with his giving, and the student with his learning, so that our homeland remains a homeland from which the sun does not lose sight of his optimism and giving ».

And he presented a video clip of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God rest his soul, in his talk about the values that society must display. He said: «We will seek the help of history, because history repeats itself to narrate to us the narrative of the values that cannot be changed. The chapters of that novel do not change, so we are taken to one conclusion, namely, that crises are laboratories for men and the values of societies.

Al-Darei pointed out that «history takes us back to the Arab Gulf region to 100 years ago, when this region witnessed an epidemic (the year of mercy), they called him that optimism about God’s mercy and mercy among his worshipers, pointing to the epidemics that afflicted the people of the Emirates at that time . "But the legacy of the first two and the news of the founding ancestors told us: We have overcome the difficulties for you with the same hand, so you crossed them for the sake of your grandchildren ... these are the reasons for overcoming the crisis in your hands."

He added that this epidemic will disappear, God willing, and the values of goodness, giving, optimism, hope, preparedness, making the future and human brotherhood will remain, and we will work for our survival, citing a number of historical and religious stories of the prophets and messengers in this context, and the incidents witnessed in Islamic history.

Al-Darei said that the teachings of our Islamic faith, in its true form, reinforce the values of mercy, and we derive from it five basic foundations under these circumstances in which we live and the world.

The first is that it honored humankind and made it a place of appreciation. All that threatens people from danger, harm, and destruction and prevents them from safety, as it contradicts religions and their teachings. The provisions of this epidemic are based on the opinion of the medical authorities and refer to and rely on them, and our true religion calls us to arbitrate science and encourages those who strive to save humanity, and to find medicine that the whole world awaits. The third is to abide by the instructions issued by the competent authorities and it is a legal duty, because in observing them is preserving souls, whether preserving the soul of man or the souls of others. The fourth is the tolerance of religion and facilitates its teachings, and there are many Quranic verses and prophetic sayings that confirm this and urge it. Fifthly, the compass of religious discourse in such circumstances is the cultivation of tranquility, reassurance, optimism and positivity, and this is a Quranic approach that directs us to introduce our Lord, Blessed and Exalted, in its verses.

He said that volunteering in crises should be a choice for all of us, as it shows the cohesion of states and the awareness of individuals and the effectiveness of institutions during these circumstances, and it is through initiative, cooperation, harmony and solidarity between members of society and its institutions, to exert effort, time, money and various forms of support to serve the community and help it overcome the challenge it faces . His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan praised the topic of the lecture and its title “With Our Values We Go Toward the Future”, indicating His Highness that the lecturer is among the youth and national cadres that we are proud of and are betting on in the UAE in this field, along with the rest of his brothers who preserve their national identity and values Authentic.

His Highness said at the beginning of his intervention: “Peace be upon you .. I greet you and greet my viewers and sisters .. And I tell you, blessed is this holy month .. May God make it a month of good and blessing for all .. In fact, the title of the lecture caught my attention: (With our values we go ahead), and the explanation Long on this issue, especially we and the world .. live a challenge .. In order to overcome this challenge, faith and action must go hand in hand .. faith in our Islamic values and work with them .. and provide modern science and knowledge .. is our path to the future ».

In his intervention, His Highness affirmed that “values and morals have a fundamental role in society in all times and circumstances, and this is evident in the people of the Emirates and those residing on its soil during this stage, so how do you see their role in sustainable development and maintaining stability in the Emirates community?”

In his response to His Highness’s intervention, Al Darei said: “People are prosperous, alike, and if crises and distress occur, they differ. If a person is attached to his values and morals in prosperity, he practices it and adapts it at the time of adversity, so it is generous and beneficial to his country, and responds to the call of human instinct and brotherhood with all creation, through adherence With values and making them a title for a person’s life, he can observe God Almighty, and perform his work in all honesty, sincerity and mastery under supervision, even if there is no oversight in his home, work, and study benches, as the values are the rulers of human life in all his actions, and they have a high position of creation ».

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan thanked the lecturer for the beautiful information and ideas he provided.

His Highness said: «Indeed this month is a month of patience and endurance and facing challenges .. a month that inspires us to work, determination and will to achieve our goals .. a month in which to give and give to the good of humanity, we must invest it to benefit people, and put a smile on their faces.

His Highness added: "Allow me to extend all greetings and appreciation to all who work for the safety of this country and the health of citizens and residents ... We are all proud of them, and do not differentiate between them in their giving and in their love for this state."
