April 28, 2020The U.S. Defense Department announced in a statement that it had made the decision to publish videos of flying objects "to dispel any public misconceptions about the veracity or otherwise of the images disseminated or the fact that there were others" . The New York Times also spoke of the existence of these images, while the Navy had already confirmed, in October last year, the authenticity of the films.

The phenomenon observed in the videos remains qualified as 'unidentified' ", added the Pentagon. On one of these videos it is possible to see an object with an elongated shape moving rapidly: the same object, a few seconds after being identified by one of the sensors at board of the US Navy plane, disappears to the left with a sudden acceleration.

In another video, however, it is possible to see an object above the clouds. The US pilot wonders if it is a drone: "There is a whole shah. It's going against the wind! A 120 knot westerly wind! "Says his flight mate." Look at this! "Continues his interlocutor, as the object in question begins to turn.

A pilot from the US Navy now on leave, David Fravor , who met one of these UFOs in 2004, told CNN in 2017 that the object in question was moving erratically. "As I approached him he accelerated quickly southward and disappeared in less than two seconds," he said. It was "like a ping pong ball bouncing off a wall."

Former Nevada Senator Harry Reid, that is, of the state in which the US Air Force Zone 51's secret installations are located, tweeted said "happy that the Pentagon is finally transmitting these images", while regretting that this "only scratches the surface of the research and documentation available.

" "The United States must take a serious and scientific look at this and all potential imp national security licensing. The American people deserve to be informed, "he continued. In December 2017, recalls the AFP agency, the US Defense Department had admitted to having financed a secret program of several million dollars until 2012, the official date of its completion. to investigate UFO sightings.

I'm glad the Pentagon is finally releasing this footage, but it only scratches the surface of research and materials available. The US needs to take a serious, scientific look at this and any potential national security implications. The American people deserve to be informed. https://t.co/1XNduvmP0u

On Twitter, meanwhile, it's 'alien fever', which outweighs tweets about the coronavirus, as Bloomberg also notes:
