As the head of the Ministry of Labor noted, the rights of those who work remotely are protected by the state.

“If we are talking about the amount of remuneration, then in the event that your labor duties, official duties have not changed, your salary should correspond to the level that was in the usual mode of work,” he said.

According to him, it is important to prepare the right regulatory framework governing the relationship between the employer and the employee in the context of telecommuting.

“I am clearly aware that after all the restrictions that exist today on the organization of our work, most citizens will want to stay in that regime,” he said.

Earlier, Rostrud clarified the conditions for leaving on unpaid leave on non-working days.

As noted in the department, the employer cannot, on its own initiative, send an employee on vacation without saving his salary.
