When the government banned gatherings with more than 50 people, the Gothenburg Opera was forced to cancel the spring performances. But unless the audience can come to the opera, the opera can come to the audience. This is how the Gothenburg Opera Choir reasoned, which on Tuesday went out on a mini-tour of four of Mölndal's elderly residents.

- The elderly at the accommodation are very isolated, so being able to give them culture and see how their faces light up is fantastic, says Erika Tordeus, choir at the Gothenburg Opera.

The first stop of the tour was Sörgården's elderly residence in Krokslätt, where the residents gathered on balconies and patios to listen.

- It was fantastic, what votes! says Sven-Olof Svedberg, who lives on Sörgården.
