"Rospotrebnadzor ... complete the concept of removing (mitigating) the restrictions imposed in connection with the spread of a new coronavirus infection, in the context of the end of the pandemic of this infection, and the corresponding guidelines for the constituent entities of the Russian Federation," the document says.

The site emphasizes that the order must be completed before April 29.

On April 28, in Russia, 6411 cases of coronavirus infection were detected per day.

Earlier, virologist Alexei Agranovsky in an interview with the FAN expressed the opinion that there are signs that Russia is close to the coronavirus plateau.
